What do you do at Blend Accountants?

I support the client managers with the day to day payroll and bookkeeping tasks, as well as answering the phones and helping in the office.

What’s your favourite thing about working at Blend Accountants?

That’s the people, definitely. I don’t feel like I’m at work because it’s a happy place where you can have fun.

What’s your favourite thing to do when you’re not at work?

Going out dining with friends and with my family. We’re a close family that likes spending time together and so we make an effort to plan fun activity days.

What did you want to be when you grew up?

I wanted to be a Princess - doesn’t everyone? It seems like the ideal life when you’re little!

If you could do one thing to change the world, what would it be?

Increase understanding of mental health issues and how to help. Poor mental health, and the negative impact of social media, can have a massive impact and ruin friendships, families and lives.

How do you help put a smile on a customer’s face?

I listen to people on the phone and to what they want. I think about how I can be as helpful as I can so that they feel they’ve had the most from their phone call.

What cartoon character would you be?

Alex the Lion from Madagascar. He’s loyal to his friends and puts them first which are things that are important to me too.
